Ariela Marketing Co., Inc. (Ariela) is one of the dynamic veterinary companies in the Philippines. It was founded in 1991 when Dr. Arthus Lino C. Roxas established a company with a sole purpose of handling primary activities in veterinary pharmaceuticals and feed supplements for the poultry and swine integrators operations in Metro Manila. What started as a one-man operation has evolved into a dynamic marketing company serving the entire Philippines and extending to the neighboring countries.
In 1995, the company started its momentous step into the commercial market in the Philippines. This move was vital to effectively expand its customer base.
Seeing the need for further developments in husbandry, Ariela, together with its now established business partners, ventured into technology farming in the swine and feed milling industries. It introduced liquid feeding systems for pig farms and automation of existing feed milling operations. The venture complemented the earlier objectives of Ariela and further enhanced its service commitment to its clients.
Ariela believes the farmers are the hope of the future. Therefore, it continuously researches and develops products best suitable for the local market that will meet the high demand for efficiency. This, with the farmers’ interest above all.
Ariela, in cooperation with its local and international partners, continually conducts research and development into new products to best live up to its goal of being a leader in the marketing field. This also makes Ariela realize its commitment in delivering products and services for the farmer, in line with its outlook of global competitiveness.
Ariela’s service and expertise are synergistic with one another, providing maximum advantage to our clients. The company has since expanded and is now involved in a wide range of veterinary feeds and services including the manufacture of feed premixes through the Premix Manufacturing Plant as well. Its Mycotoxin Laboratory Facilities further offers farmers’ assistance in mycotoxin screening.
Guided by its principle “Sustainable Development in Animal Nutrition” and a strong emphasis on product innovation and quality, customer focus and integrity, Ariela has managed to cultivate its business and capture market shares in the industry; notwithstanding the many challenges facing the country.

Organization
Ariela Marketing Co., Inc. is composed of departments that work synergistically towards one common goal – to provide quality products and services in the Agricultural industry particularly in the poultry, livestock, aquaculture, feed industry and plant industries. The company is technically a web of dynamic departments linked together that radiates towards the center – our valued clients.
Marketing Department The marketing department is a team of competent Veterinarians, Animal Scientists specializing in animal production and nutrition. These team of professionals are geared towards the development of new products for the market, needs of the farmers as its primary consideration. The department aims to create, communicate, and deliver value to customers. Likewise, it also seeks to enhance customer relationships in ways that benefit the clients and the organization.
Sales Department The sales department is composed of Business Units (BU) strategically located and managed throughout the country. The BU are headed by former sales employees of the company who have evolved to be coming business partners. It closely works with the marketing and customer service departments so as to be able to deliver the best to present and prospective clients. The respective sales teams are primarily responsible in generating and closing leads, educating prospects, filling up needs and satisfying the wants of consumers appropriately, therefore turning prospective customers into actual ones.
Technical Department The technical department is composed of consultant known for their field of expertise. They are professionals in the field of Veterinary practice, animal production, animal nutrition, feed production and management. They readily advise department concerns on innovation and other ways of improving quality and efficiency in their respective departments.
Customer Service Department The customer service department is primarily responsible for customer satisfaction to customers before, during and after a purchase. Geared primarily towards customer satisfaction it aims to provide consistent delivery of superior service to our clients. It works closely with all departments as to provide our clients with what they need towards a healthier business relationship.
Logistics Department The logistics department is primarily responsible for the management and delivery of products directly or through our accredited forwarders from the plant to our clients. The department aims to transport the right products, quantity at the right place and the right time. Likewise it integrates information, transportation, inventory, warehousing, material handling and packaging.
Production and Quality Assurance Department The production department is in charge of all locally manufactured products for the market insuring quality products. The QA laboratory works closely with other laboratories quality assurance of finished products.
Mycotoxin Screening Laboratory A new addition to the organization geared to assisting clients with regards to the quality of feed ingredients and finished feeds in respect to mycotoxins. It is a complete ELISA laboratory.
Finance Department The finance department creates reports and analysis needed by all departments to run efficiently. It is responsible for all regulatory, and other stakeholders concerns.
Beginnings
1991 Arthus Lino Roxas established the company in the Philippines.
Ariela started its partnership with Biomin Gti, Austria. This cooperation open the market to natural feed supplements, mycotoxin deactivators and palatability enhancers.
1992 Ariela expands its marketing and sales operation covering the entire Luzon region and appointing distributors to cover the Visayas and Mindanao region
1993 Estabishes business cooperation with Cocchrane and Keane, UK in establishing cuztomized biosecurity products for the Philippines.
1995 Ariela took its momentous step into the commercial market in the Philippines. Hence, expanding its customer base.
Ariela establishes its own marketing and sales team nationwide with the primary objective of supporting its local distributors and expanding its operations.
1997 The inauguration of AMCI HOUSE in Quezon City, the new home of Ariela.
Ariela establishes business relationship with American Dehydrated Foods.
1998 Ariela establishes business cooperation with JHBiotech,US, fot the supplu of organic minerals.
Ariela estabishes cooperation with NorFeed, Denmark, for the supply of animal feed supplement.
1999 Ariela started its partnership with Heaton Limited, United Kingdom, which took over Cochcrane and Keane. The company further expanded its line of products to natural biosecurity products.
2000 Ariela started its partnership with Schauer Gesmbh, Austria. The company then supplied technology and efficiency through liquid feeding. It became instantly known since it is the only-residue free, liquid feeding system.
Ariela established business cooperation with T&S International USA.
2002 Ariela started its partnership with Farmland Innovative Proteins, USA. Since then, the company brought in performance proteins under strict microbiological quality measures.
When Ariela started its partnership with Inovatech / Michael Foods, the company then began distributing inedible egg powder in the Philippines.
The company started to introduce organic minerals for agricultural and animal use when business opportunity opened up between Ariela and JH Biotech, Inc, USA.
Ariela started its partnership with Norfeed Aps, Denmark, for natural feeds supplements
2003 Cooperation with Bauer, Austria in the field of irrigation technology has started. The company became more involved with environment preservation, as it became the distributor of separators, which converts animal farm slurry into valuable fertilizer.
Ariela started its partnership with Romer Labs Diagnostic Gmbh, Singapore. This collaboration started the field of mycotoxin detection in the animal industry.
Ventilation products for agriculture, horticulture and swine and poultry industry has been introduced through the cooperation with Valco / Val Environment Systems, USA.
2004 Acquisition of the Ariela Feed Manufacturing Plant has helped house significant products in the animal industry.
2005 Ariela started its cooperation with Aveve Group, Belgium. The partnership has lead to launching the multi-enzyme feed premixes in the market.
Ariela establishes Mycotoxin Screening Laboratory.
2006 Ariela celebrated its 15th anniversary and renewed its commitment to the market by further expanding its technical and sales teams.
Ariela establishes cooperation with Seabel, India for the supply of Fishmeal.
2007 Ariela establishes new marketing headquarter in Bulacan, Philippines.
Ariela establishes business cooperation with Grasp, Brazil, a leading manufacturer of yeast products.
2008 Ariela inuagurates its new 1,500 sq/mtr. marketing office and warehouse facility.
